1. The hire of the apartment is strictly on the basis that it is for holiday use only and no right to remain in the property exists for the hirer or any person allowed into the apartment by him or her.

2. No contract will exist until the signed booking form and a deposit of £50 per week has been received. Cheques should be made payable to J M Hunt. Telephone reservations will be held for up to seven days pending the receipt of booking form and deposit.

3. The full balance of the total amount is payable not later than two calendar months before arrival.

4. In the event of cancellation the hirer should advise us immediately whereupon we will make every effort to re-let. If re-letting is possible the deposit, less administrative costs, will be returned. If however cancellation is after full payment has been made, no refund will be payable unless the apartment can be re-let. We strongly advise hirers to take out holiday cancellation insurance to cover both accommodation and air flights.

5. The number of people occupying the apartment is limited to a maximum of four and the total must be specified on the Booking Form. Not recommended for children under 5 years old.

6. The hirer is expected to leave the accommodation as found on arrival and pay for the cost of replacement of any damaged items, no smoking is permitted inside the apartment.

7. The hirer will not do or suffer to be done in the accommodation anything that may be or become a nuisance to the owner.

8. The owners cannot accept responsibility for death or injury arising from the use of the pool, hot tub, farmhouse or environs. Guests should exercise proper care on wet surfaces.

9. The owners shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations hereunder due to force majeure which for the purposes hereof shall include fires, floods, storms, Acts of God, wars, civil disturbances, whether local or national or any other causes whatsoever beyond the control of the owners.
